Load Testing & Certification
Proof-load verification and stamped engineering drawings that prove every anchor performs as installed.
Design data alone is not enough — Ontario regulators and insurers want proof that each anchor holds the load it was designed for. We perform on-site proof-load testing and produce certified engineering drawings that document anchor locations, types, and rated capacities for your building.

Proof-load verification — each anchor tested to 22 kN before it goes into service.
What we deliver
Proof-Load Testing
Each anchor is load-tested on site to verify it meets the 5,000 lb (22 kN) requirement before it goes into service.
Pass/Fail Documentation
Every test result is recorded in writing, with any failing anchor flagged for remediation.
Engineering Drawings
Stamped drawings show anchor positions, types, and load ratings across your rooftop.
Recertification Support
We track the ten-year recertification cycle and notify you before testing is due.
Load testing follows the CSA Z259 series and the requirements of O. Reg. 213/91. Drawings are stamped by a qualified engineer and delivered in a format ready for Ministry of Labour review and insurance submission.
