Roof Anchor Inspections
Annual on-site evaluations that verify every anchorage is safe, sound, and ready for service — documented to satisfy Ontario Ministry of Labour audits.
Under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and O. Reg. 213/91, rooftop anchorages supporting suspended access and fall arrest systems must be inspected each year by a qualified person. We evaluate every anchor for visible damage, corrosion, and wear, confirm its load path, and deliver written reports that prove compliance.

What our inspections cover
Visual Condition Assessment
Every anchor is inspected for corrosion, cracking, loose fasteners, membrane damage, and signs of impact or wear.
Load Path Verification
We confirm each anchorage remains permanently connected to a load-bearing structural element.
Documentation Review
Certification records, previous inspection reports, and load-test data are reviewed and reconciled.
Written Inspection Report
You receive a per-anchor report with pass/fail status, photos, and remediation recommendations.
Our inspections are performed to the requirements of the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act, O. Reg. 213/91 (Construction Projects), and the CSA Z259 series. Anchors found deficient are flagged immediately and removed from service until repaired.
